Fast and effortless generation of stable and isogenic clones: screen a few clones only, highly stable expression

Cellectis bioresearch has developed cGPS® and cGPS® Custom targeted integration kits for the fast and effortless generation of stable and isogenic cell lines from engineered and native cell lines, respectively.

cGPS® kits are easy and ready-to-use research tools to generate isogenic and stable clones in as few as 19 days. Clones display a high genotypic homogeneity which means fewer clones to characterize than with classical stable transfection, and therefore increased productivity. A highly stable expression has always been observed for at least 45 passages even in the absence of selection agents (except for cGPS® CHO-K1 and cGPS® Duo CHO-K1 Full Kits).

Our cGPS® kits are ideal to design cell-based assays for drug screening and drug profiling.
