Fast and effortless generation of stable and isogenic clones for overexpression and silencing studies

Cellectis bioresearch has developed cGPS® and cGPS® Custom targeted integration kits  for the fast and effortless generation of stable and isogenic cell lines from engineered and native cell lines, respectively. You can now easily generate stable and isogenic cell lines overexpressing gene variants and obtain robust functional data for comparison. Stables clones are generated in as few as 19 days and are very stable over time - at least 45 passages - even without selection agents (except for cGPS® CHO-K1 and cGPS® Duo CHO-K1 Full Kits).

Your silencing  studies can also take advantage of constitutive and targeted expression of shRNAs to easily obtain robust functional data.
