All cGPS kits contain a cGPS cell line with a pre-integrated natural meganuclease recognition site,a vectorized natural meganuclease, an integration matrix with a convenient MCS, a control lacZ integration matrix and transfection reagents.
The vectorized meganuclease can be purchased as plasmid DNA or mRNA. Versions of the integration plasmid are being developed for various downstream applications. Please enquire about your desired application.
