The cgHPRT Meganuclease DNA Plasmid constitutively expresses the engineered cgHPRT Meganuclease. The cgHPRT Meganuclease targets the endogenous HPRT gene from chinese hamster (Cricetulus griseus). This meganuclease can therefore be used for targeted integration in any hamster cell line bearing the cgHPRT Meganuclease recognition site and displaying only one functionnal HPRT allele.
