The cGPS® Custom hiPSC Full Kit is designed for the generation of isogenic and stable expression human iPS cell lines by integrating a gene of interest (GOI) into the adeno-associated virus site 1 safe harbor (AAVS1) on human chromosome 19. This TALEN™-driven targeted integration uses a site-specific recombination to facilitate integration of a GOI into a given safe harbor of human iPS cells (hiPSC).
