Cardiomyocytes
Effective tools for in vitro evaluation of electrophysiology and cardiotoxicity
NEW hiPS-CM:
Spontaneously beating human cardiomyocytes of highly homogenous population of human iPS-derived cardiomyocytes. hiPS-CM represent consistent and convenient source of large numbers of physiologically relevant cardiomyocytes and are excellent in vitro tools for studies of human cardiomyocyte functions and for cardiac safety pharmacology assays. hiPS-CM is available as frozen vials suitable for one 96-well plate.

Pure hES-CM™
Pure hES-CM™ is a pure population of hES-derived cardiomyocytes (>90%), represent a consistent and convenient source of large numbers of physiologically relevant cardiomyocytes and are excellent in vitro tools for studies of human cardiomyocyte functions and for cardiac safety pharmacology assays. Pure hES-CM™ are available as a frozen vial format with optimized protocols for cardiomyocytes culture in beating monolayers. Pure hES-CM™ are available from the hESC line SA121, registered at the European hESC registry.
hES-CMC™
hES-CMC™ are mixed populations of hES-derived cardiomyocytes, including support cells (e.g. fibroblasts). hES-CMC™ are spontaneously beating human clusters exhibiting specific markers and functional similarities to adult human cardiomyocytes, represent a consistent and convenient source of large numbers of physiologically relevant cardiomyocytes and are excellent in vitro tools for studies of human cardiomyocyte functions and for cardiac safety pharmacology assays. hES-CMC™ are available from the hESC line SA121, registered at the European hESC registry.
